Material:
100 g chocolate chips
125 g sugar
Second egg
300 ml fresh milk
60 ml vegetable oil
Sift together:
50 g of chocolate powder
280 g wheat flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla powder
½ teaspoon salt

Method:

* Mix flour mixture with sugar and some chocolate chips.
* Combine eggs, milk and oil, stirring until blended.
* Pour into flour mixture, mix well.
* Pour batter into muffin tins. Flatten.
* Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
* Bake in hot oven for 20 minutes until cooked.
* Remove and let cool.

For 12 pieces
